Terms of Service for AllTails Care

Welcome to AllTails Care. By downloading, installing, or using the AllTails Care mobile application (the “App”) via Google Play Store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Google Play Store Terms

This TOS is a legal agreement between you and Valykhan, not Google LLC. Your use of the App is also governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service and Developer Program Policies. In case of a conflict, Google’s terms will take precedence.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• The App offers free and paid subscription tiers. Detailed subscription terms, including pricing and features, are available in-app.
• Payments are processed through Google Play’s billing system.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies, which can be reviewed at Google Play Help Center.

6. User-Generated Content

If you upload, post, or otherwise share content (e.g., pet health data), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for the purposes of operating and improving the App. You agree not to upload content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as outlined in the policy.

8. Permissions and Data Usage

The App may request permissions to access certain data or features of your device (e.g., notifications, location, or storage). These permissions are necessary for the App’s functionality. By granting these permissions, you consent to their use as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Valykhan and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will meet your needs or be error-free.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized installations or side-loading of the App from third-party sources.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valykhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these TOS or Google Play’s policies.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these TOS from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
